Discovery
We schedule a meeting or call to get an understanding of your business and how testimonial videos can add value to sales and marketing teams.

Logistics
The where and when. We will handle the logistics of the project so all you need to do is introduce us to your customer once they have agreed to be filmed.

Management
Working directly with your customer, we will explain the entire process and put them at ease. Its can be daunting being in front of the cameras but thankfully we have some experience with it!

Questions
What questions will get the most out of the testimonial video? We like to ask questions that get your customer thinking and provoke answers with emotion.

Sign-off
Usually, everyone wants to see the questions before the interview. Some people like to prepare and some just want peace of mind. Whatever the reason is, we can work with it.

Filming
The big day! All the planning and preparation will come down to this. We like to be as organised as possible on the day to keep your customers time commitment to a minimum

Post Production
The first edit. This will include any of your brand assests we would have collected and will get the videos to 95% finished

Review
You'll receive the first version of the videos and this is your time to suggest any minor changes. More often than not, we have got enough information from the previous stages to really nail the first draft of the videos.

Final Cuts
Using and feedback from the review process, we will make any changes and create a testimonial video that will have your customers chomping at the bit to work with your business.
